Evensong Creative Basic Cards

These cards are going to be for a Christmas Card Workshop that I am going to be having in November. These two cards I used the December Word Puzzle and the Christmas Melodies Stamp sets. The little Elf with the Snowballs I used Liquid Applique with Fun Flock to make them look like snow. I still need to add a little something to these two cards but am unsure of what. I don't want to take away from their cuteness! This stamp set is the Merry Pursuits. Aren't these little guys irresistable?! I used a waterbrush and colored them and then added Liquid Glass in places to accent them. These cards I used the Snowflake Kisses and the Christmas Melodies stamp sets. I love these two stamp sets! These cards used the Snowflake Kisses Stamp set. I just got this today and had to play with it!

My Son's Birthday Invite

Here is a photo of the Birthday invite that I am going to do for my son, Nicholas. He loves cars and I love this paper! I used the Good Times Paper Pack.

My First Attempt at a Clear Plastic Card

Here is an Anniversary Card that I made for my Grandparents' 61st Wedding Anniversary. I thought that it turned out pretty well for the first time using this kind of card. I embossed the daisy and then stamped the stem on a piece of Sweet Leaf cardstock. I cut that out and then glued it on. The center of the flower I stamped on honey and then cut that out and glued that on. I put a clear sparkle in the middle to give it a little bling. I stamped the Happy Anniversary with Staz On. When I gave my grandparents this card I used removable adhesive for an insert that had our names on it. That way they are able to use the card again. My grandma thought that was such a cool idea.

Aspen Layout

Here is a one page layout that I am going to be doing for a Make & Take at a Crop that is upcoming. I love these papers and the November Stamp of the Month! I wanted a nice simple layout for this crop. I know that there will be all different levels of scrappers there. I used Aspen Paper Pack, Nov. SOTM, Outdoor denim, bamboo and twilight cardstock. I also used our paint to make the snow affect around the word "Snow". I used the Believe Upper and lowercase letters for the "Snow Day". I used the Simple Stitches stamp set to do the stitching. I also used my Cricut Mini Monograms cartridge to cut the circles for the snowman. If just making one I wouldn't have used it but since I needed to cut 75 of each size. It just made it easier.
